Exosome Therapy
What is Exosome Therapy?
Exosome therapy is a modern, non-surgical hair restoration treatment that helps reactivate weakened or dormant hair follicles using regenerative signals derived from skin cells. It is especially helpful for people with genetic hair loss who have not responded well to conventional treatments, and for those seeking noticeable improvement without invasive procedures.
The treatment is effective for male and female pattern baldness. With minimal discomfort and no surgery involved, downtime is low. Many patients begin to see visible results within 6 to 8 weeks, while the benefits can continue for up to 12 months with improved hair density and scalp health.
How Does Hair Exosome Therapy Work?
In this advanced technique, purified exosomes are introduced into thinning areas of the scalp. These microscopic particles act as cellular messengers, delivering instructions that stimulate repair, regeneration, and hair growth. Due to their extremely small size—around 20 to 100 nanometres—exosomes can penetrate deep into scalp tissue and work directly at the follicular level.
Step 1: Scalp Preparation
The scalp is gently exfoliated to remove oil, dead skin, and residue, allowing better penetration of active ingredients.
Step 2: Comfort Preparation
A mild numbing agent is applied to minimise discomfort during the microneedling process.
Step 3: Exosome Delivery
Purified exosomes are applied to the scalp and delivered using controlled microneedling over areas of thinning or hair loss.
Step 4: Calming LED Therapy
Post-treatment LED light therapy is used to soothe the scalp, reduce redness, and support healing.
Recommended Treatment Schedule
Sessions are typically spaced every 2–3 weeks. A course of 4–6 sessions is advised for visible improvement, followed by maintenance treatments every 3–6 months to sustain results.
